This plugin is still based on webkit1 - which is no longer maintained by
upstream and distros are regularly approached to finally get rid of it.

as such, enabling the markdown plugin at this time would only mean to add
another consumer of webkit1 for an undefined time.

We will thus not consider this plugin before upstream ports this to WK2.
