I noticed this crash too a few days ago (on a default 13.2 installation in
particular). Installing libmysqlclient_r18 fixed it (and uninstalling it
reproduced the crash).

So I think we should do an LO update for 13.2 as well (and 13.1 it seems,
haven't tested that yet).
I will prepare one with the added Requires and submit it...
