Even the case where libfam0 is installed and we request the installation
of the samba packages from the 13.1-test repository works as intended.

linux-6mgu:~ # LC_ALL=POSIX zypper in samba-4.1.21-3.39.1.x86_64
samba-32bit-4.1.21-3.39.1.x86_64

Problem: samba-4.1.21-3.39.1.x86_64 requires
libsamba-security.so(SAMBA_4.1.21_3.39.1_3502_SUSE_OS13.1_X86_64)(64bit), but
this requirement cannot be provided
  uninstallable providers:
samba-libs-4.1.21-3.39.1.x86_64[openSUSE_Maintenance_Test_13.1]
 Solution 1: deinstallation of libfam0-2.7.0-168.1.2.x86_64
Solution 2: do not install samba-4.1.21-3.39.1.x86_64
Solution 3: do not install samba-4.1.21-3.39.1.x86_64
Solution 4: break samba-4.1.21-3.39.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its
dependencies
