The output of journalctl or /var/log/messages contents. For the former, get the output of each boot with -b option, e.g. -b-1 is the previous boot, -b-2 is the one before that, etc. But you can answer other questions. At least it's already helpful to know whether it's a regression or not! And, you can try the very last one without giving the information, too.
