The Libreoffice distributed with OpenSuse Leap 15 does not process page headers
and footers correctly.
Firstly they are given the wrong height.
Secondly graphics in the header are not scaled correctly to fit the header.
This does not occur in the versions downloaded from The Document Foundation
(TDF).
I have attached a tar file containing ReportTest.tar.gz.
This contains a directory which contains the following files:
ReportTest.odb - A self contained database that illustrates the issue.
ReportSuse(Bad).pdf - The corrupt result from the SuSE version of Libreoffice.
ReportTDF(Good).pdf - The expected result from the TDF version of LibreOffice.
Coins.png - The image used in the header.
When trying this out, the report (named Library) in ReportTest.odb will have to
be edited to correct the path to the image (Coins.png).
