This seems something generic for the KDE4 integration present in the upstream
package -> the bugreport needs to go to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/
upstream bugzilla.

Unfortunately I have no resources and knowledge to fix the KDE4 integration of
libreoffice.

Also when reporting there make sure you mention what libreoffice version you
are seeing this in.
