I changed my openSUSE configuration from

https://www.googleapis.com/geolocation/v1/geolocate?key=%GOOGLE_LOCATION_SERVICE_API_KEY%

to

https://www.googleapis.com/geolocation/v1/geolocate?key=AIzaSyB2h2OuRcUgy5N-5hsZqiPW6sH3n_rptiQ

Result : it works !
