https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/openSUSE:Factory/systemd?linkrev=base&rev=428 moved 80-container-host0.network from the network subpackage to the container subpackage. This breaks networking in machined containers. The file is needed inside the containers, not on the host. Inside containers, machined etc that is in the systemd-containers package is not required.
