Created bug#1139948 for the general problems of setting a bcache system that
uses LVM LVs.

Using the current bug for the AutoYaST-specific issues. That are.

1) When no caching device is specified, Proposal::BcacheCreator crashes

2) Is not possible to use an LVM LV as part of a bcache device

Both should be easy to demonstrate with (regression) unit tests.
