After a recent update (most likely snapshot 20241118) I experience a long delay
after booting before the sddm login screen appears. During about 30 seconds I
see a blinking underscore in the upper left corner of a black screen. Pressing
Ctrl+Alt+F1 does not give a console.

It might be a problem in systemd-vconsole-setup. The logfile is below and shows
an error message at 11:16:47 and at shows a final success at 11:17:24. A delay
of 37 seconds.
