issue solved:

In /usr/share/dotnet/sdk-manifests/8.0.100/workloads/ I found the following
folders:

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 30. Mai 09:56 8.0.300-baseline.24224.15
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 10. Jul 09:51 8.0.301-baseline.24272.10
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 14. Aug 09:25 8.0.303-baseline.24317.8
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 17. Aug 09:05 8.0.400-baseline.24375.2
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 12. Okt 08:55 8.0.401-baseline.24412.2
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 10. Okt 09:29 8.0.402-baseline.24467.1
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 17. Okt 11:42 8.0.403-baseline.24474.13

All were empty except the 8.0.403-baseline.24474.13.

It seems the others were remains from previous updates. Deleting them solved
the issue.


Please check why the outdated folders of previous versions were not deleted
during update.
