Folks you have to do much better describing the issue and reproducible steps.
Like REALLY.   Start with firing up the dev tools and observing the network.
Also wireshark http/https traffic.

You really want to look at possible DNS, network, IPv6 fallback issues. Also
local issue related to... well anything really.
