Yes, see https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Factory/qml-autoreqprov/README?expand=1 The announcement for [opensuse-factory] wasn't quite ready when this landed in TW, and apparently the musescore package escaped testing for some reason. I suspect it built before the test project was fully set up... The solution for this is to add a __requires_exclude, I'll submit an sr soon.
