Comment # 2 on bug 1182235 from Radoslav Kolev

This change is not in SLE15-SP2, it is only in the automotive project which
uses some packages from SLE15-SP2 as upstream and doesn't follow the Factory
first policy as many changes are not suitable for Factory at all. For those
changes that are acceptable for Factory we try to get them included and this
one seems like such to me. Just wanted to get the opinion of pcre package
maintainer if such a change seems acceptable and if not how it could be
adapted.
