Comment # 8 on bug 956819 from Dirk Mueller

This only affects aarch64 (due to the newer kernel 4.1) and potentially
ppc64le. Since the change is fixing a problem that will happen in the future
(if there are newer kernel versions entering SLE codebase), it is a good change
and should be released as soon as reasonable into the codestream to avoid
building on a bug heritage.
