5.14.21-150500.55.52-default does not work for me either. May I ask you how did
you test the older kernel? Did you just burn an older Leap raw image on SD or
did you just downgrade the kernel via commandline with something like:

zypper install --oldpackage kernel-default=5.14.21-150500.55.52.1
