It would seem like that each time openssl is updated, none of the packages
which depend on it are rebuilt.

This would appear to be the case with freeradius & postfix at least.

Can there not be a dependency put in place that any packages which depend on
openssl are also updated/rebuilt at the same time.

Can someone please tell the postfix guys to do a rebuild.
