In the meantime i upgraded my system: Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20190607 KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58.0 Qt Version: 5.12.3 Kernel Version: 5.1.7-1-default OS Type: 64-bit The behavior changed slightly but is still not as expected: Now after stop/start of NetworkManager plasma-nm5 will show all available connections. However it is impossible to establish any connection.
