Just a "simple" question.
For example when I play a video by VLC it works but if I want to resize its
window or move it or just use the terminal or do anything else the system slows
very very very down ...

For your experience, this is a problem related to the current lack of updated
driver or it is a general problem of an integrated graphic board.
It's first time that I have an integrated graphic board, in this case the Intel
Alder Lake, and it's quite important not only for me to know whether I have to
share this havoc for a short time or for eternity (returning the PC to the
sender).

I apologize if I am boring you but it is a really really really annoying
situation.
