It was enabled for earlier versions already. The thing apparently broke just
for 59 on kwin.
We just enabled what was already in the codebase.
The feature is supposed to detect if a windowmanager (and how far) can work
with CSD.
This won't change in FF 60 in principle.

You do not need to argue with us that it's broken.

The point is you will get FF60 anyway next week when it's released. If you get
it with a bug on kwin or not depends on if you could help testing and we
resolve the issue within the next 5/6 days.
