To avoid the use of john by the seccheck scripts a workaround would be to uninstall the package john. If john is not available the seccheck scripts skip the check for guessable passwords. The better solution would be that x86_64 packages run on x86_64 CPUs and do not require some random CPU features which might be available or not. Especially as a Phenom II is probably faster than a Celeron with AVX support...
