Dear Mr. Beltrame, your hints helped me to see that my case is almost the same as in https://bugs.kde.org Maybe it will be needed to add there that this happens not only in Leap but also in Tumbleweed. I think both above bug reports and also my bug report are tree different observation on the same problem. So, I will wait for the newer Frameworks version.
