It will take long time to resolve this problem.
Those who want to use IBus with KDE, please use start IBus via IBus's service
file.

$ systemctl --user enable org.freedesktop.IBus.session.generic.service
$ systemctl --user start org.freedesktop.IBus.session.generic.service

Or, alternatively, modify ibus-autostart.desktop and /usr/bin/ibus-autostart as
mentioned above.

I will soon change IBus so that systemd-xdg-autostart-generator ignores it
again.
