I saw the same thing on two installs one to a VirtualBox and one to real PC.
Both installing from an ISO on USB stick (only). Both without any custom
package selections and opting for the KDE desktop.  

I was mainly viewing the detail tab, I did switch between views a bit, but the
installs ended while I was viewing details.

In the case of the PC, the last package, the one that repeated, was 
libstorage-ruby (can't recall the details of the VirtualBox install).  In both
cases the installer did this long enough for me to consider hitting reset -
perhaps a minute or more.
