Package cross-avr-gcc10 is missing in Leap 15.3 and some packages (e.g.
Arduino) depends on it:

> Problem: nothing provides 'cross-avr-gcc10' needed by the to be installed Arduino-1.8.15-lp153.2.1.x86_64
>  Solution 1: do not install Arduino-1.8.15-lp153.2.1.x86_64
>  Solution 2: break Arduino-1.8.15-lp153.2.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

It seems that this package only missing build and publish flag in build
service.
> https://build.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:gcc/cross-avr-gcc10

Can you please consider enabling these flags?
