Comment # 1 on bug 944059 from Takashi Iwai

I guess you installed milestone 1?  This was known to be buggy for many
hardware because of lack of the recent kernel-firmware package.

Try to install the latest kernel-firmware package from openSUSE:42 repo or
Kernel:HEAD repo.  Also, use the latest kernel from OBS Kernel:stable repo,
too.
(We'll move to Kernel:openSUSE-42.1 repo soon later, though).

If this still doesn't work, give the whole dmesg output.
