Over time and every two weeks or so, Slowroll with the official repo list that
I just copied it from the wiki including the priorities will amass multiple
hundreds of packages held back. And then when I try "zypper dup" instead it
will suggest to downgrade multiple hundreds of others instead. If this was once
a year I wouldn't be alarmed, but this happens multiple times a month and keeps
happening:
