So the bug "unloaded firmware" is now resolved, but the issue with the broken
graphics still remains.  It's a totally different bug from your description.

Please open another bug report for tracking that.  Otherwise it's becoming too
confusing.

In the new bug report, please try the following:
- Upload dmesg output with drm.debug=0x0e option;
  but use a raw text file, not PDF file.

- Install TW kernel in addition to check whether the newer upstream works or
not;
  just install kernel-default.rpm from OBS Kernel:stable repo.
