I haven't looked at how error messages are generated, if they're not generated dynamically, I wonder if an error might include an example since the mount option is not completely intuitive syntax (at least for me. After I found the correct syntax, only in retrospect I understood) So, for example I tried to mount a shared folder in /mnt/ which already had prepared folders, so caused a potential conflict. Error was thrown suggesting "nonempty mount option" Can the following example be appended to this kind of message? vmhgfs-fuse .host: mountpoint -o nonempty A possible alternative might be to add an example using a mount option like above to the other 2 examples displayed by "help"
