I reset the settings to the default: GRUB_GFXMODE=1280x800 GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX=1280x800 Ran grub2-mkconfig and it's still working. I would strongly recommend that you add GRUB_GFXMODE=1280x800 GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX=1280x800 as the default. This should be added to the Yast installer so that it will work out of the box in future versions.
