Comment # 11 on bug 905808 from Ulrich Hobelmann

Same problem here, on an OpenSUSE 13.2/KDE machine where I installed all MATE
packages I could find.

I tried removing the caja package (as indicated somewhere else), logging out/in
-> now there are no caja avalanches.

Reinstall caja, log out/in. Now the problem is back.

Workaround: if you can launch a terminal quickly enough, it seems like a
"killall caja" will stop the madness (it'll take a while, though).

I also experienced other strange behavior with caja, but I'm opening other bugs
for that.
