Comment # 3 on bug 1021342 from Francesco Montesano

I have just updated to the latest TW20170123 and I have noticed some changes on
clang and llvm both for 3.8 and 3.9.

Also there are a lot of conflicts like:

File /usr/share/doc/packages/llvm/html/_sources/Phabricator.txt
  from install of
     llvm3_8-devel-3.8.1-6.1.x86_64 (repo-oss)
  conflicts with file from install of
     llvm3_9-devel-3.9.1-2.1.x86_64 (repo-oss)

where v3.8 has files conflicting with v3.9, i.e. the opposite of what I
reported yesterday.
Is this to be expected?
