Comment # 13 on bug 1200581 from Alynx Zhou

If our logo is a square, this workaround is acceptable. This is a complex GTK3
bug that it will choose 1px as size if not set for icon in `hicolor` so user
cannot see the icon. In tumbleweed this is fixed when gnome-control-center
upgrades to GTK4.
