logs from failing installation

Logs attached from fresh install on Lenovo E480 with boot mode to UEFI/Legacy
and "Legacy first".

Installed from USB-burned image of 15.4 ISO, chose "Desktop with Plasma". LUKS
encryption with LVM and BTRFS with snapshots.

After the install there was no EFI boot entry and I had to boot the system with
the installer USB option "Boot from harddisk"

Further info:
- Switching to a root shell during the install and running "efibootmgr" simply
wrote: "EFI variables are not supported on this system."
- The boot USB was clearly BIOS since it ran in 640x480 (or something like
that)
