Martin Wilck,
as always I kept the changed Ghostscript in the OBS Printing project
for the default time without immediately forwarding changes
to openSUSE_Factory --> openSUSE_Tumbleweed
so that openSUSE users of the OBS Printing project can test it.

https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/673382
was accepted by me on 2019-02-12 only for the Printing project.

The automated forwarding to openSUSE_Factory
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/679465
happened on 2019-02-26 and was accepted on 2019-03-01
so that the changed Ghostscript was only in the Printing project
for 17 days.

I know we have openSUSE users who use packages from "Printing"
because usually I get early bug reports when something got broken.

In this case it seems no openSUSE user of the Printing project
uses HPIJS or dvipdf so that those issues got unnoticed
(and I myself do not use AppArmor - guess why ;-)

It seems you assume your particular use case the the usual one
so that it must have beed noticed by others right from the start,
but that is not true in practice, cf. "Background Information" in
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:How_to_Report_a_Printing_Issue

See
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1127934#c3
how you could avoid that issue for now.
