After the last update I am experiencing the behavior mentioned in the summary. I have two monitors connected to single card (RX 560) and two virtual desktops, plus switching widget in plasma panel. When I am moving cursor behind edge of first monitor, it switches to second virtual desktop and back until mouse is moving above plain background. Without move or with cursor moving above app window switching doesn't happen.
