Go to YaST2 module for management of system services. It takes a bit long time while initializing, i.e. it take long time to read states of each systemd service. In contrast, `systemadm` ��� GUI to manage systemd services from "systemd-ui" package ��� reads state of all services almost immediately (within fraction of second).
