upon further investigation. it seems like VLC from the below repo hasn't been updated to use the library libdav1d5. libdav1d4 has now disappeared from the oss repo as an optional package to install, as it has been upgraded. since libdav1d5 is now available, you can no longer install vlc from the below vlc repo because the package no longer exists. it has been replaced
