Keep open. This bug is used whenever I feel an upstream commit is important
to include.
It allows me to not create a new bug every time I want to add an upstream
commit and is used in the changelog to keep the 'bots' from complaining 
about entries without a bug number. It is not Tumbleweed specific but used for
any virt-manager version. I also have a similar bugs for Xen and virt-viewer.
