But to double check, I disabled SecureBoot in the BIOS, booted to GRUB, restarted, enabled SecureBoot again, booted to GRUB, selected the Windows partition, and booted Windows OK. It would require more investigation to see if SecureBoot is really on or not, but the BIOS said it was both times I booted.
