I can confirm this. It's really annoying and breaks the update case from 13.1
where I have locked NetworkManager.

plasmas5-session should not require plasma5-nm.
And plasma5-nm should not require NetworkManager.


Maybe there are even more annoying deps like avahi or PackageKit. I haven't
checked whether they really come from plasma or other KDE patterns.
