The current shippped seccheck is broken as with the move to /usr/libexec seccheck is not able to work. hence all the service files are also broken For the patches to correct this issue see the pull request in github https://github.com/openSUSE/seccheck/pull/1/commits/ba7b4d6678d60d6c8cbd8ae02382706bc677ca7b Thanks Togan
