screenshot of kgpg error message

This error is repeatable always to a 100%.
It is stable so I may follow indications to give you better feedback if you
guide me.
a) create a user with a working kmail and kgpg account
b) attribute the passwords to kwallet via kgpg and tell kwallet to use the key
of the smartcard.
c) autostart kmail with the session.

This will do the following:
At startup this will require the pin for the card.
You will then be able to open kmail, then also encrypt and decrypt mail, but if
you start kgpg it will fail with following error message:
Start of kgpg not successful. You have to eliminate the error before running
kgpg.
Details tells: oops, secure memory pool already initialized.

If you open kleopatra this will do but show an empty key window.
If you close kmail and take of the smartcard, then, after closing kgpg and
restarting it, all will be normal...but of course you do not have the smartcard
now.

It should be possible to use the smartcard and also the kgpg to evaluate keys
and to check for available keys.

Model of the smartcard is a "Cryptostick" V.1.2 (produced by what is now the
"nitrokey" company. https://www.nitrokey.com/
