Dainius, another way is to just disable kscreen's kded module. We cannot drop requires on software due to some bugs, however severe they may be, especially in cases where there is a straigt-forward way to disable that software. This concrete requires was also present in KDE4 (kdebase4-workspace + kscreen), though it indeed wasn't present in first few P5 packaging iterations, but due to user complaints, we added the requires back. Wrt. your issue, if the bug get's resolved upstream, feel free to notify us for potential backporting.
