On KDE, I have enabled VNC server from Yast > Network Services > Remore Admin (VNC), on the PC I wish to remote into. However using both RealVNC viewer as well as TigerVNC viewer I end up getting a black screen. With KDE I am using X11. FYI: I havc used both x11vnc as well as x0vncserver both with success starting them up manually.
