It's two issues here in my opinion, 1) since allegro updated to allegro5, dumb unable to build due to "nothing provides liballeg-devel" 2) allegro5 has build requires dumb, and dumb has build requires allegro, this is a build cycle dumb build failure link: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Leap:15.1/dumb Note that, we had the same issue in openSUSE Factory.
