It seems postgis 2.1 requires libgeos0 >= 3.4 at runtime. I would normally expect BuildRequires to suffice for that, but apparently it uses whatever libgeos0 is currently installed, i.e. it wouldn't upgrade 3.3 to 3.4. I'm not sure how to fix this correctly (Requires: libgeos0 >= 3.4 ?) therefore this bug report.
