Comment # 1 on bug 1051379 from Dave Plater

I was also bitten by this bug I don't use nagios so I uninstalled it.
Commenting out line 15 in /etc/apache2/conf.d/nagios.conf doesn't make a
difference either.
It either didn't give a problem in 42.2 or it was pulled in by the http server
pattern.
