Thank you for your prompt answer.

I have read this information as in the given link, before to open the bug
report.
I have used this information and found that deleting hooks does not help.

But I expected I am missing some thing else and so asked for clarification.

As temporary hack I am using now comments wrirtten with Latin letters and it
works. But any way it makes discomfort.

It will be nice if could be possible to make changes in the code of the
software to allow correct Unicode support.
I believe some code does not support Unicode and because of this we have the
problem.
