We can close this bug now, since X11:Utilities, Tumbleweed and even Leap 15.4
hold the lastest version of WoeUSB, 5.2.4, as of today November 15th, 2022.

For packaging WoeUSB, another bug can be filed if wished. There's already some
packages in Home projects, including Emily's.
